Returns Policy and Procedure
- Products can be returned if the products are unopened/unused in original packaging and confirmed by Amazon DSP team. Delivery charges for the return has to be borne by buyer/DSP.
- Return charges to be borne by the customer in cases of the incorrect product selection, size selection or change of mind.
- Return charges to be borne by the supplier in cases of the mistake originating from supplier with respect to incorrect size or product supplied.
- Refunds will be processed once the inventory received is checked and processed. Payment will be processed within 24-48 hours and approx. time for payment to be returned to the buyer account is 3-5 business days.
- Any issues with the received inventory will be communicated to the DSP on their registered email address.
