1. How do I make purchase for DSP uniforms for my team?
You can make purchase of uniforms and accessories from www.dspuniforms.com.au by creating
an account.
2. I am not able to see the pricing on the store, How do I access the pricing and place an
order?
For accessing the pricing and placing an order on dspuniforms.com.au store, you will need to fill
in a form for account creation and approval. Once your details are verified by the accounts
creation team, you will be invited to activate and create login credentials. With the login
credentials, you will be able to access the product and pricing data to place an order.
3. How do I choose different products and sizes from the store?
You need to follow the instructions provided in the starter pack or as instructed by Amazon team
for deciding the products that you need to order. For choosing the sizes, you can access the size
chart on our website from the top navigation menu or https://dspuniforms.com.au/pages/copy-of-
size-chart
4. Can the order be shipped to any location in Australia?
You use major carriers/Auspost for most of our deliveries, which covers most of metro locations in
Australia.
5. Can the order be picked up from the Dspuniforms Warehouse?
It can be picked up in rare and most urgent cases at the discretion of dspuniforms.com.au. For
orders to be picked up DSP can contact us on our email address before placing an order.
6. How do I get help with the website or any questions with the products?
With the help with website, you can contact dspuniforms@carewellgroup.com.au, usual
turnaround time is approx. 8-24 hours for any queries.
7. What is the usual delivery period for the uniforms after confirmed order?
Usual delivery period for the NSW, VIC, ACT metro regions is 2-3 Working days, for QLD, SA is
around 4-5 working days and WA, NT and Tasmania is 7-10 working days. Urgent deliveries can
be organised on request and additional charges.
8. What is the return process and timelines?
Products can be returned if the products are unopened/unused in original packaging and
confirmed by Amazon DSP team. Delivery charges for the return has to be borne by buyer/DSP.
Refunds will be processed once the inventory received is checked and processed. Any issues will
be communicated to the DSP on their official/registered email address.
